Portishead's marina this morning.

Pride of Bristol outbound, she is a former Royal Navy training vessel. In her white ensign days she sailed under the name Messina. Her 3 sisterships Manly, Millbrook and Mentor have all departed home waters. Once a common sight along the South West coast.

Two of Bristol City Council's heritage fleet outbound on the River Avon today for Portishead, a rare outing from Bristol City Docks. John King served the River for nearly all of her working career. Both her and Pyronaut were also Bristol built. Thanks for the water display lads!
